Questions
Why n8n?
n8n is flexible, can be self-hosted and is far cheaper at volume than per-task tools. We still use Make or Zapier when a client already runs on them.
Will AI send messages to our customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default we keep a human approval step before anything customer-facing goes out, and we log what the AI produced.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. Everything is built in your accounts, and you receive the exported workflows and documentation.
